Judy Boles is a Business Broker and licensed New Mexico Realtor with The Vaughan Company.   She specializes in the evaluation, marketing, and sale of New Mexico businesses and commercial properties.  Ms. Boles has over twenty years’ experience in finance, marketing, and economic development.

Before becoming a broker with the Vaughan Company, Ms. Boles was a Product Group Manager for Oracle Corporation, the largest business software company in the world, managing a team of twenty engineers and product analysts in the USA and in India.  She worked with clients such as Harvard, Yale, and the Binghamton campus of SUNY in the development of software systems that help them strengthen and grow the financial performance of their organizations. 

Ms. Boles enjoyed a long career in the financial management field.  Serving as City Finance Director in Springfield, Oregon, she was responsible for the financial aspect of the city’s economic development programs; from assisting small businesses to qualify for the city’s business incubator facility to developing a creative package of financial incentives that brought such important companies as mall developer General Growth and electronics manufacturer Sony Electronics to the community. 

Ms. Boles also served as an Adjunct Professor of budget management at the University of Oregon, in Eugene, Oregon.

Ms. Boles has worked at a very high level in the marketing, finance, and economic development worlds.  She takes great pleasure in providing this same high level of marketing expertise, financial analysis, and business development skills for her business brokerage clients here at home in New Mexico.
