Lawrence Maes is a Business Broker and licensed Real Estate Agent for the Vaughan Company Business Opportunities Division, specializing in the evaluation, marketing, and sale of businesses and franchises.

 Lawrence received his degree in Business Administration from the Robert O. Anderson School of Business at the University of New Mexico and has an extensive background in sales as he worked for Xerox Corporation for 20 years marketing high end printing systems and software to major accounts such as Intel, Public Service Company of New Mexico and Los Alamos and Sandia Laboratories. 

 Lawrence is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA®).  IBBA is the largest international non-profit association operating exclusively for the benefit of people and firms engaged in the various aspects of a business brokerage and mergers and acquisitions. Today, the IBBA has more than 1,800 cooperative business brokers and intermediaries across Canada, Mexico, Asia, Europe, Australia and the United States.

 Lawrence has also owned and managed two optometric practices in Albuquerque with his wife Dr. Judy Perea-Maes.  With his training, experience and background, Lawrence knows what it takes to maintain satisfied clients with his services.
